Shipping / Returns Policy
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authority Number(RGA) which can be obtained by contacting Florame Australia email@example.com.No replacement product(s) will be possible without the RGA Number.All returns must be made within a within 14 days from date of purchase.
All merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Customers are only entitled to a replacement product where the product has been damaged in transit. A replacement product will be despatched once thedamaged product has been received by us. All returns postage is at the customers’ expense.
In the event that the returned product is out of stock the customer will be notified by Florame Australia to arrange either a replacement product to the same value, with a similar or equivalent product or placed on back order.
Each request for a replacement will be dealt with on its merits in accordance with Florame's legal obligations.
No exchange or refund applies to gift vouchers.
Florame is committed to its obligations to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
