Shipping and Delivery


When will I get my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 7-10 business days - please check with the Australia Post website for exact delivery information. We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping on orders of $110 or more are free in Australia 

Can I send my order overseas?

Orders placed on our Australian website, Florame.com.au, can only be delivered to an Australian address. Orders placed on the NZ website will be delivered to NZ If you’re in the US or in Europe, you can shop from our French online stores

What if I need to change my order?

We are unable to make changes to orders once placed.  Orders are processed very quickly, so if you need to cancel your order please call our  Customer Care team immediately. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t cancel orders once they have shipped. See returns and exchanges for information about sending products you've ordered back to us.
